Orientation days of the University of Aruba
August
The University of Aruba’s Orientation Days started Tuesday, welcoming their new students for academic year 2022-2023. First year students were separated in groups and welcomed by our Rector, staff, and existing students. The rector welcomed each group by giving a few words motivating the students to start this new journey. The evening consisted of sessions full of information ensuring they can be prepared to start this new academic year successfully. These sessions provided them with a glance at our online platforms, our library, our Shoco Wellness, and the social clubs available at the UA. They also received information regarding opportunities for studying abroad and lifelong learning. The evening ended with the students being served dinner by the deans of the University of Aruba. Friday will be the last day of orientation, where the students will break the ice and have fun with different games.
