Strategic Talent Management for a Changing Business World
Description
Talent Management and Leadership are two different sides of the same coin. During this lecture this will be illustrated by Lidewey van der Sluis, full professor and thought leader in this field. She will take a relational approach to show how organizations work as ecosystems of people that function, move, and adapt. She will highlight the impact of mindset in the workplace as well as perceptions, emotions and relations. The relevance of having a shared purpose and a common goal in the organization will be underlined as the glue in the organization. You will learn that it is this glue that binds and attracts talent.
