Teach and train abroad
With the Erasmus Exchange, staff of the University of Aruba can go abroad with a grant.
- To co-teach in a partner university; or
- To follow training (including job shadowing)
- Teaching and training
UA staff members may apply to spend 1-8 weeks per year (depending on work plan) at an Erasmus partner university to teach or to follow a training program.
There are limited places. Be informed and apply on time!

As a UA staff member, you will receive a grant for the Erasmus exchange.
You receive:
- Daily stipend: between €60 – €160 per day (depending on destination).
- Travel allowance: between €350 – €1100 (depending on distance travelled).

Teach a minimum of 8 hours per week at an Erasmus partner university.

All academic and non-academic staff. Erasmus Exchange is an opportunity available for the whole University of Aruba.
