The Office of Educational Affairs
The Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) is in charge of all educational processes for students. OEA oversees the education administration of all faculties in the University of Aruba (UA) including the preparation of the exam and lecture schedules, grade administration, and secretarial support for the faculties.
OEA also conducts exit interviews for students who are withdrawing from UA. These interviews allow UA to receive insights regarding students’ reasons for withdrawing from the university. In special cases, where problems in a student’s personal life are the reason for the withdrawal, OEA makes every effort to help that student reach their academic goals.
OSIRIS
OEA uses OSIRIS (a Student Progress Tracking System) to support its administration processes, such as registration for courses and exams and grade administration. You can get to OSIRIS through the UA website by choosing SIGN IN or by downloading the OSIRIS App. We recommend downloading the OSIRIS App on your phone so that you stay up to date with your grades, your schedule and have easy access to registration for courses and exams.
