Collaboration among teachers is a force that positively influences the whole school community

The impact of the pandemic on education and the recent challenges has brought to attention the need to reflect on the successes and failures
experienced by various educational stakeholders to better serve students when faced with ongoing or future challenges.
Based on the many conversations and visits we had with Colegio Arubano, @colegionigelmathew , De Schakel Aruba and Colegio EPI, we decided to organize the “meet and greet” event
with the School rectors, directors and deans of education.

Given the huge impact that lecturers and teachers play in the performance of their students and the continual acknowledgment of teacher collaboration as a core element for the professional development of the school and its members, it is not surprising that this vent was necessary. In the future we hope collaboratively to organize yearly meetings where we can share knowledge and best practices.

We want to thank all the schools for accepting this invitation and for having informative and pleasant conversations.
