Who are we?
The Debating Society of the University of Aruba was founded on November 24, 2005, and is the platform and promoter for free speech, debate, and discussion at the University of Aruba.

To promote free speech, debate, and discussion at the University of Aruba (UA).
Mission
The Debating Society organizes debate evenings on a regular basis to discuss topics that range from heavyweight ethical and political motions to more lighthearted motions.
Meetings
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Debating Society has decided to postpone its activities. The regular debate evenings will resume at the start of the academic year 2021-2022.
