The Aruban Real Estate Market: Trends, Key Data and Indicators
Angelo J. Willems is the creator and Founder of Mercala.org, a Data Analytics application used by leading Real Estate brokers to analyze the market in Aruba. Angelo holds a degree in professional Trading and Portfolio Management from the Institute Trading and Portfolio Management, a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management Studies from the Rotterdam University of Applied Science.
William Cen
Aruba as an Opportunity for Profitable Real Investments
William Cen is a real estate investor, real estate agent and entrepreneur who started investing in real estate in his 20s. In fact, his first real estate investment deal he invested with no money down. After realizing the opportunities that real estate investing can offer him, William became a real estate agent to learn about all the ins and outs of real estate and to find the best deals before they go on the market. William is currently a facilitator for the course “Creative Real Estate Investing”, where he teaches and educates aspiring real estate investors on how to become successful investors. His mission is to make real estate investing more accessible to the general population.
