The Faculty of Law presents the Certificate program to you!

This program offers professionals the opportunity to take separate legal courses at the bachelor’s or master’s level at the University of Aruba. These are existing courses within the law program offered to our own students, which are opened up to so-called auditors.

Our booklet contains QR that will bring you to the brochures. In the included brochures you will find the following detailed information separately for each subject: learning outcomes, course content, admission requirements, lecturer, form of education, costs, global schedule of the course, method of instruction and method of examination. Please scan to get all the information on the courses offered in our certificate program.

The program offers the courses in two semesters spread over one academic year. In the first semester the program offers courses only from the Master’s program; in the second semester courses from both the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs are offered. Education is provided by the permanent staff of the FdR, guest lecturers and extraordinary UA professors. The program offers courses in both Dutch and English. Courses may take place live, hybrid or exclusively online. The admission requirements are indicated for each course: a higher vocational education degree in law, a comparable education and/or relevant work experience.

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of participation or completion.
Please note: you cannot obtain a Bachelor’s, LLM or Master’s degree by participating in the Certificate Program.

I hope to welcome you at the law faculty and wish you good luck with the Certificate Program!
