Within the Erasmus staff exchange program, opportunities are provided for staff of educational institutions to undertake a learning and/or professional experience in another country. Academic teaching staff may apply for a teaching- or training period at the University of Aruba.

Co-teach exchange
With the Erasmus staff exchange program, the teaching must be carried out at a Higher Education Institution that is a holder of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. The University of Aruba has been awarded an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

The Erasmus training mobility supports the professional development of higher education institution teaching and non-teaching staff in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences).
Training periods abroad can consist of job shadowing, observation periods, professional development courses, or specific competence-building events at an Erasmus partner university, or at another relevant organization abroad.
The University of Aruba is an Erasmus partner university and has been awarded an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
