Who are we?

If you are a potential student, returning student, or a third party seeking information about the University of Aruba you will come in contact with the Office of Student Affairs. The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is one of the offices of the University of Aruba with two main responsibilities, namely, student administration and marketing & communication.

One of the main tasks of the student administration is the student registration process.

During this process, the OSA assists the students with all necessary information before the start of the new academic year. Furthermore, OSA distributes information to all relevant departments within the UA to ensure that the student can receive all services provided by the UA. 

During the year, OSA continues with providing information to all internal and external clients of the UA. A student can always contact OSA for proof of enrollment, lost student ID card, or deregistration.

Additionally, the OSA is responsible for publishing and showcasing the diverse array of programs and services, such as; student activities, campus-wide events, recruitment of potential students, visit local and international high schools, create and design promotional and informative resources, and manage the UA’s social media platforms. We collaborate with the different departments, offices, and faculties, as well as students to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.

Internationalization

The University of Aruba offers its students a unique opportunity to enhance their university experience by taking the challenge to attend part of their studies abroad and/or to go abroad for their internships. OSA challenges students to “give studying abroad some thought,” as the University of Aruba has good working relationships with different universities in the Netherlands, USA, Curaçao, and neighboring islands.
